sacred vibrations sacred music : gong wash & sound healing
with Shaman Jay

Friday, December 14th at 7:30pm

Join us for this special magical evening of sacred music and vibration healing. The evening will begin with devotional Kirtan music as we set the tone and intention for our deep immersive trance journey through textural sounds and healing tones.

This journey through the Vibrations and the senses combines: Sound Healing Therapy, Brain Entrainment, ASMR, and a variety of instruments to create a safe and intention based environment for mind space exploration, energy release, and channeling of inspiration.

About Shaman Jay:
Native to the Philippines, Simon Jay a.k.a. “Shaman Jay”was raised and taught by his grandmother who was a “Hilot/Babaylan” meaning she was the family/community healer, elder sage and soothsayer. Jay came to America to master energy healing, crystals, sound therapy, Reiki, and aromatherapy. His specialty is working with shamanic healing and ceremonies. Today Jay is a painter of visionary art and a sound healing musician/therapist with over 10 years of musical experience. He is a student of the Chicago Shaolin Temple and leads qi gong/tai chi classes.

Yogahour 200-hour Teacher Training

June 15 - December 9

Yogahour is a flow style of yoga that emphasizes form via shape, safety, and refinement instructions. It is an affordable, expertly taught class that offers clear and specific instructions without inhibiting the flow. Yogahour aims to be the most doable yet difficult one-hour flow class offered.

The Yogahour Teacher Training is a Yoga Alliance®  approved program at the 200-hour level.  Graduates of the training get two things: the ability to register as a 200-level Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through Yoga Alliance  AND Yogahour certification (to achieve Yogahour® certification, the YogaHour test at the end of the program must be passed). This registry makes you a good candidate for getting hired to teach many expressions of yoga. So you can take the training to become a Yogahour teacher. You can also take the training and not teach Yogahour but instead use the teaching technology to empower your teaching.
